Prep & Pros Pro Gen AI Review (Proofreading)

Our Word add-in proofreading has a Gen AI Review tool to proofread your document text for typos and grammar errors.  Gen AI is very well suited for this task and about 98% of its corrections will be accurate.

Our Gen AI Review finds errors like the following:

  • Punctuation like commas and hyphens
  • Spelling errors
  • Incorrect words even though they are correctly spelled (e.g., "combing" instead of "combining")

When you run our Gen AI Review, you will be presented with the text of your document with suggested changes shown in redline form.  Suggested deletions are in red and suggested insertions are in green.

To make the correction, just click on the suggestion and your Word document will be automatically updated.
