How many years of data do you use for statistics?

We use the 10 most recent years of data for computing our examiner statistics. 

Although many examiners have been at the USPTO for longer than 10 years, we find it most helpful to use more recent information so that our statistics reflect current examiner behavior and not their behavior from 10 years ago.
