You can easily uninstall our Word add-in if you no longer need it or to force an upgrade.  You can see all your installed add-ins as follows:

• Click the Insert tab in the ribbon (or the Developers tab)
• Click the add-ins button
• Click my add-ins
• Click see all

You can then uninstall any add-in by clicking the "..." in the top right corner of the add-in (see below) and selecting Remove.
