We have four different login options available.
Sign in with a Work Email and Password
You must use your work email to login this way. Public email providers (e.g., gmail) and alumni email addresses are not allowed. Your password must meet have the following:
- uppercase character
- lowercase character
- number
- symbol
and be at least 8 characters.
Sign in with Google
We rarely receive support requests relating to Google login, but please see Sign in with Microsoft below if you are having issues.
Sign in with Microsoft
Microsoft makes everything very complicated, and we get a lot of support requests relating to Microsoft login. Nearly all of them are caused by a Microsoft configuration at your firm or company and need to be resolved by your IT department.
If you are having problems and do not need to use Microsoft login, we suggest you use the first login option above. Contact our support team and we will reset your account so that you can use the first option.
Some suggestion for your firm or company's IT staff:
- Make sure that your configuration allows users to login into third-party websites with Microsoft login.
- Our login uses a pop-up window. Make sure it is not blocked.
- Our login requires third-party cookies. Make sure they are not disabled.
- Make sure that any web filtering is not blocking URLs needed by our login process. The following must not be filtered out:
- apis.google.com
- To get more details about errors, you can do the following:
- Right click on the background of the login page and select "Inspect." This will open up a new window or panel.
- In the new window, select "Console." The errors there should help you diagnose and you can also send to us for assistance.
- Note that when you login inside of Microsoft Word, the login pane is a web browser. On Windows it is Edge or IE11 and on Mac it is Safari. All of the above applies here as well.
Login with SSO
Your firm's SSO login is likely based on Microsoft so please see the above section for Sign in with Microsoft.
SSO login is only available for customers with an annual subscription of at least $18,000/year.
