Generation of Office Action Summaries

Our OA Admin tool is part of our Prep & Pros Pro product.  OA Admin is available with a firm-wide subscription to Prep & Pros Pro.

Our OA Admin tool allows you to generate client-reporting letters as Word documents (.docx), email messages (.eml), or text files (.txt).  When we generate a client-reporting letter, we can automatically insert a summary of the most recent office action.

We have an {{OA_SUMMARY}} placeholder that you can put in any of your templates.  The generation is based on the text of your most recent office action and we generate a summary that includes the rejections present in the office action.
